- are in the manufacturing, consumer products,
distribution and business services sectors;
- have the potential to significantly improve their
financial performance, grow their market share
or lead industry consolidation;
- have an enterprise value of $20 million to $50 million;
- require between $5 million and $20 million of
equity investment; and
- have strong management teams who want to
participate as shareholders of
the companies they operate.
