Intensity, commitment and focus are often used to describe us at Signal Hill. We come from different countries, backgrounds and cultures yet share these three core attributes. It is these characteristics that enable us to overcome the obstacles and challenges presented when attempting to build great companies.
What sets us apart is a willingness to listen and constructively discuss ideas in a productive environment. We challenge each other, and our partners in operating companies, to achieve the best results possible. After all, there is no monopoly on good ideas and every voice deserves a respectful audience. These principles are the cornerstones of the Signal Hill approach.
