McIntosh Perry expands infrastructure engineering capabilities in Western Canada with the addition of Alberta-based ARA Engineering
TORONTO – January 10th, 2018 – McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd. (McIntosh Perry) is pleased to announce that it has acquired ARA Engineering Ltd. (ARA), a provider of transportation infrastructure engineering consulting services to public and private sector clients throughout Alberta. “This transaction supplements our infrastructure engineering capabilities in Western Canada and we are thrilled to support McIntosh Perry as it continues its growth across the Canadian engineering services industry,” stated James Johnson, Managing Partner of Signal Hill Equity Partners. Signal Hill provided growth capital to facilitate the transaction.
