Two Leading Firms Form Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Company that Services the Public and Private Sectors across Canada
TORONTO – October 5th, 2016 – CCI Group Inc., (CCIG) a national team of respected building science and environmental engineering experts, and McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd. (MPCE), a multi-disciplinary engineering firm based in Eastern Ontario, today announced the combination of the two companies. “The management teams of MPCE and CCIG have done a tremendous job building leading engineering companies in their respective sectors,” said James Johnson, Managing Partner of Signal Hill. “Their combination will create a unique platform as we grow into a preeminent national engineering services company.” Signal Hill provided growth capital to facilitate the transaction.
The new company, called McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd., has more than 450 professional and technical staff in nine locations across the country, and provides a wide range of services to clients in both the private and public sectors.

The new company, McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd., offers a full range of consulting engineering services and technical solutions encompassing every stage of a project, including surveying, environmental and geotechnical engineering, building science, contract administration, project management, municipal engineering and land development engineering and planning. McIntosh Perry now has more than 450 engineers, project managers and technical experts across its offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Kingston, Perth, Pembroke, Oakville, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver.
