WASHINGTON, DC, June 22, 2026 - Signal Hill Equity Partners today announced the formation of Aeterna Group, a new national architecture and engineering firm that brings together five respected firms with deep roots in their communities: CSArch (Albany, NY), ZMM Architects and Engineers (Charleston, WV), Kluber Architects + Engineers (Aurora, IL), KGD Architecture (Washington, DC), and Omni Associates Architects (Fairmont, WV).
The formation of Aeterna Group marks the next chapter for each of these firms.
